The Titan-Pro and Titan range of sump pump systems are applicable for use in domestic and commercial basements as well as civil applications.
The Titan Sump Pump range has been specified and installed into thousands of below ground structures as a cost effective and quick install sump pump solution. The Titan sump pump is favoured for installation into a growing domestic basement waterproofing market. It is the smallest packaged pumping station provided by Newton. The Titan sump pump system encompasses a robust polypropylene cylindrical chamber with a heavy duty polypropylene lid and when retrofitted a 600mm x 600mm approx diameter hole is required. The Titan also is packaged by Newton to come with two NP150 submersible pumps with non-return valves, a gate valve for sump pump maintenance and an 80 decibel high water alarm system in case of pump or power failure.
The Titan is a compact and reliable system, tried and tested to deal with small to medium sized basement waterproofing projects both Newbuild and refurbishment. It is the largest selling packaged sump pump system in the United Kingdom.The Titan-Pro sump pump system is the first tailor made sump chamber developed specifically for use with the Newton System 500 and the Basedrain conduit drainage system. This sump pump system can be specified into both domestic and commercial basement projects and can be positioned both internally and externally depending upon the designers requirements.The Titan-Pro sump pump system has been designed to accommodate both clean and grey water (Titan-Pro White) for all basement water management applications or the Titan Pro Green sump pump which is supplied as a system for dealing with surface and ground water from lightwells.
The Titan-Pro White System installation offers a cost effective and practical sump pump solution with many unique design benefits including:
- Adjustable ribbed neck so that the sump chamber can be installed prior to having decisions made on internal floor finishes.
- Pre fitted bulkhead connections for ease of connection of internal and external pipework installation.
- A predefined datum line so the sump chamber can be cast at the correct level every time.
- A unique shaped chamber which can be rotated to accommodate both corner or central positioning
- Bell bottom footing which is self anchoring
- Comes with a choice of 450mm x 450mm recessed lid which fit into the circular ribbed neck.
Unique Features
Without a doubt the most unique feature with the Titan-Pro sump pump system is the ability for the professional waterproofing contractor to make all connections into the sump pump chamber above the slab (through the closed cell insulation spacer layer) which not only makes the system more maintainable but also saves time and money in cutting out or casting off areas to run the discharge pipe work.
The Titan-Pro chamber also is fitted with internal 50mm pressure pipe and non return valves. The external discharge pipe can be tailor made to suit the professional installers needs with a 63mm socket included in the package. Newton custom builds each chamber to suit individual pumping requirements.
The Titan-Pro Green sump pump system is designed for the pumping of ground water and or surface water when the added features of the Titan-Pro White for connection to our Newton System 500 waterproofing system is not required. The Titan-Pro Green comes with an adjustable neck offering the installer the flexibility of installing the sump pump chamber even if the final finished floor level around the installation is not yet defined.
Both the Titan-Pro White and the Titan-Pro Green can be fitted with 110mm wall flanges for connection to incoming pipework by request.
In addition, the Newton Trojan Sump Pump System offers a full range of sewage pumping options and can be tailor-made to suit your requirements.
A range of control panels, power failure protection systems and pump monitoring systems compliment the Newton sump pump systems.
